When I woke up this morning I asked myself: What are some of the secrets of success in life? I found the answer right there in my very room. The Fan said - Be cool. The Roof said - Aim high. The Window said - See the world. The Clock said - Every minute is precious. The Mirror said - Reflect before you act. The Door said - Push hard for your goals. And don't forget, the Carpet said - Kneel down & pray

And here I am, sitting alone. Dazing. Thinking.
A feeling that is hard to be described. My grandfather passed away today as of 2.30pm. We rushed down at 3pm. All we see is his body, weak & thin body. Did he leave us in peace? Or did he suffer? I remained silence through the whole process. After the doctor arrived, we went to police post to endorse the death cert. I didnt shed a single tear from Amk all the way to Singapore Casket. Even the last time that I saw him today after his make up, I didnt shed a tear, even though I wanted to so much. It's the 5th generation. We should not shed any tear. I tried my best, to put on a strong font.
It's painful. But hope that you may find your peace in heaven.
Dear Late Grandfather,
I will always remember how you would make the effort to buy durian for all your grandchildren to eat because you knew that it was always our favourite. But that fateful day after buying us the durian, your body falls on you and get stroke ever since. We understand how much you loved all of us and knew that you would bless all of us. Here, I wished to tell you that all of us, loved you so much.

Your Granddaughter (Sandy)
